Representation, distribution and support agreement between Teledyne FLIR Systems and Europavia España S.A.

Teledyne FLIR Surveillance, FLIR Systems AB, FLIR Systems Limited (“TDY FLIR”) and Europavia Spain have signed a technical and commercial collaboration agreement to jointly develop the Spanish market of airborne optronic systems under the form of a “Sales Representative Agreement” or Representation Agreement, as well as a “Product Supply Agreement” or Product Supply Agreement. This alliance allows Europavia to promote and distribute the products manufactured by TDY FLIR within the Spanish territory for the “Airborne” market. Europavia is currently the only Representative in Spain for “Airborne Surveillance” products.

In addition, and in order to be able to offer all its customers quality support and proximity to these products, Europavia has provided itself, at its new center located at Cuatro Vientos aerodrome, with the necessary technical and human resources to offer a maintenance service to the operators of FLIR TDY systems. This industrial collaboration agreement allows Europavia to offer training, installation, integration, operation, testing, problem identification, quality assurance and basic and intermediate level of maintenance for users of the Spanish Ministry of Defense and Interior.
