All the employees of EUROPAVIA are governed by the five values and the four principles defined in this code of ethics, and its entire supply chain must be committed to also complying with them.

We are honest, loyal, and transparent and we make easier the relationships of trust, encouraging austerity and using ethical business practices with our stakeholders.

We identify ourselves with Europavia’ s project and we get involved and make efforts to achieve our aims of sustainability, profitability, quality, and the development of our professionals.

We look for innovative solutions which keep us competitive, flexible, in continuous improvement and able to get used to the demands of the business.

We work with interest, motivation and enthusiasm and we make efforts to achieve the excellence in our professional performance.

At EUROPAVIA we have identified the behaviours associated with each of our values and we have grouped them into four principles of ethical functioning.

A. Principle of Honesty

It means acting righteously and complying with demands, laws, and commitments with fidelity and loyalty.
It is related to guarantee the respect and observance of internal and external policies and procedures, as well as integrity in economic and financial management systems.

B. Principle of Professionalism

It means being committed to the exercise of our performance in an efficient way and to the skills and attitudes required by our task.
It is related to the responsible exercise of our activity.

C. Principle of Progress

It means promoting the development and continuous improvement of the company as a whole, both professionally, technically, and socially.
It is related to creativity and diversity as drivers to find different solutions, stay competitive, agile and able to adapt to the demands of the business.

D. Principle of Respect

It means being convinced that our business largely depends on the relationship of trust that we are able to build with our professionals, clients, suppliers, and representatives, which is why we will dedicate a maximum effort to maintaining relationships of transparency. It is related to a just, thoughtful, respectful, and transparent performance.
