Europavia has its own maintenance workshop, accredited as an aeronautical Maintenance Center EASA Part 145 counting on a team of professionals with more than 25 years of experience. In addition to the repair of instruments, we manage the repair of equipment in our OEM partner and authorized centers, we also carry out online interventions for troubleshooting, in cabin installations of equipment, on site repairs or disassembles.

From the beginning Europavia has been responsible for managing the repair of diverse components installed in different helicopters belonging to the Spanish Army, highlighting equipment made by the following manufacturers: SAFRAN L.G., Goodrich (Collins Aerospace), Zodiac (SAFRAN), Liebherr, Thales Avionics E.S., Saint Gobain Sully, Sagem (SAFRAN ED), and others, as also equipment repaired in our own maintenance workshop.

Throughout the joint venture created with Thales España, Europavia oversees the repair of instruments, avionics and communication equipment of all the helicopters belonging to the Spanish Army, both through its OEM partner and in its own center of aeronautical maintenance Part 145.

Europavia manages the repair of hydraulic components, fuel systems, electrical, avionics and instruments for helicopter operators in Spain and Portugal, both through its OEM partner and its own workshop of aeronautical maintenance Part 145.

Europavia supports the NATO purchasing agency in Luxembourg (NSPA) with the management of the maintenance of components of the various fleets of NATO customers through its OEM partner network.

Europavia has been supporting Airbus DS’s aftersales services in the management of components maintenance regarding the equipment manufactured by our represented companies and other OEM partner.

Europavia is in charge of the maintenance of the cranes manufactured by Goodrich (Collins Aerospace) installed in the Super Puma, Cougar and Sikorsky 76 helicopters belonging to the Air Force.

For more than 20 years, Europavia has been supporting the repair needs of various equipment for the helicopters AS-355N, AS-350 B2 and EC 135 of the DGT, repairing equipment through the OEM partner and its own workshop Part 145.

Europavia supports the repair needs of various equipment for the helicopters SA-365, BO-105, EC-135 and BK-117 of the DGT, repairing equipment through the OEM partner and its own workshop Part 145.

For several decades, Europavia has been responsible for managing the repair of different components for helicopters belonging to the Air Force, including equipment made by the following manufacturers: Messier (Safran L.G), Goodrich (Collins Aerospace), Zodiac (Safran), Liebherr, Thales Avionics E.S., Saint Gobain Sully, Sagem (Safran E.D), TEAM (Cobham) and other OEM partner, as through its own workshop Part 145.

Through the joint venture with Indra Systems, Europavia has handled for two years the repair of all the avionics instruments of the different fixed wind aircrafts belonging to the Spanish Air Force, including equipment of the following manufacturers: Thales Avionics, Raytheon, Triumph, Rockwell Collins, Honeywell, L-3, Meggit, Rogerson, Hamilton, Kollsman, KGS, GE aviation, Eldec, ECT, GKN, Zodiac, Ametek, EADS and Teledyne among others.

Europavia has been supporting the operational needs of turbines and other equipment for the helicopters AS-355N, AS-350 B2 and EC 135 of the DGT, through a contract in payment per hour of flight carried out.

Europavia carries out the support of the turbines manufactured by Safran HE and installed in the helicopters operated by the main clients of the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
